Job description
The Enterprise Analyst serves as a strategic solution partner supporting enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Finance, Costing, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions that support Finance and Project Accounting operations. The Enterprise Analyst plays a critical role in global deployments, new business rollouts, and post-implementation optimization, ensuring successful adoption, system integrity, and alignment with enterprise standards., * Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementations, including new rollouts, expansions, and system enhancements.
- Act as a solution provider by translating business requirements into scalable system designs and implementation strategies.
- Partner closely with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules including Costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Tax, and General Ledger (GL).
- Support Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM), including Project Costing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Apply strong knowledge of Government Contract Accounting (GovCon), including FAR/DCAA compliance, cost structures, and audit requirements.
- Support the full implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration and validation, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
- Drive process standardization and best-practice adoption across Finance and Project Accounting.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Support the end-to-end project accounting lifecycle including contract setup, costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Payroll, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
- Evaluate trade-offs and communicate risks, impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize enhancement backlogs and rollout initiatives.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- 8-10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, enterprise applications, or business analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion Finance (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL)
- Oracle Fusion Costing
- Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM)
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Finance rollouts and implementations.
- Deep understanding of Project Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Government Accounting (GovCon), including FAR/DCAA compliance.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and financial reporting.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into end-to-end system solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of interfaces, workflows, and underlying database structures.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, technical writing, negotiation, and influencing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support multiple internal customers simultaneously., * Experience supporting multi-entity or global ERP deployments.
- Familiarity with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and contract-based revenue models.
- Exposure to M&A system integrations or business expansions.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for work products.

Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,275-$174,000 + bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training., The salary range for this position is: $142,275-$174,000 + bonus
