Job description

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams to drive adoption
  • Provide functional expertise across:
  • Oracle Fusion Finance (AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, GL, Costing)
  • Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM Project Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
  • Support full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
  • Ensure alignment with Government Accounting (GovCon) standards, including FAR/DCAA compliance
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions
  • Drive process standardization across Finance and Project Accounting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Payroll, FP&A, and IT teams
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Our client, a leading organization in the defense sector, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Analyst Oracle Fusion Finance to support and drive Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across the enterprise. This role will play a critical part in global deployments, new implementations, and post-go-live optimization, with a focus on Finance, Costing, and Project Accounting (PPM). The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, a strong solution mindset, and experience operating in government-compliant environments (GovCon)., * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • 8 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, business analysis, or enterprise systems
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Finance (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL)
  • Oracle Fusion Costing
  • Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM)
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Finance rollouts
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Project Costing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
  • Government Accounting (GovCon), including FAR/DCAA compliance
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of system interfaces, workflows, and database structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, * Experience supporting multi-entity or global ERP deployments
  • Familiarity with Oracle RMCS and contract-based revenue models
  • Exposure to M&A integrations or business expansion initiatives
