BAS Application Engineer

• Develop, program, and refine BAS controllers and sequences of operation.
• Prepare BMS submittals, as-builts, graphics, and control drawings.
• Configure and integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other industry protocols.
• Provide remote engineering support to field technicians and project managers.
• Commission BAS programs, verify logic, and ensure proper system performance.
• Apply and maintain standardized programming and engineering practices.
• Coordinate controls integration with HVAC, MEP, mechanical, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, field controllers, and connected IoT devices.

Software Engineering, System Integration (SI), Home Automation, Software Engineering, Network Operations Center, Commissioning, Flexible Spending Accounts, Laptop PC, Cellular Telephone, Graphics, * Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, Programmer, or similar role.

• Strong technical skills in BAS programming, integration, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience across multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Base salary $100K-$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential
