Job description

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure migration cycles.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including infrastructure teams, application owners, technical leads, and business teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and migration timelines.
• Remove blockers and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure migration activities are aligned with project schedules, release plans, and business requirements.
• Coordinate migration readiness, execution, validation, and post-migration activities.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on infrastructure migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience planning and coordinating infrastructure migration cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and resolving project impediments.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
