(IT PSP) IT Systems Engineer III

Immediate need for a talented (IT PSP) IT Systems Engineer III. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oakland, CA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested., * Be proficient in AutoCAD, essential for learning AutoDesk Vertical Software (i.e., AUD, Plant 3D)

• Learn to administrate ProjectWise and its functionality
• Handle moderate user issues with supported systems and tools, escalating complex problems as needed
• Collaborate with the team to analyze and document business processes and information needs
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and perform quality reviews of test results
• Support project development alongside a LEAN Coach
• Provide timely and professional responses to IT or user inquiries
• Contribute to the overall performance by driving efficiencies through technology

Systems Engineering, Information Technology & Information Systems, Employee Benefits, AutoCAD, Resolve Customer Issues, Customer Service Systems, Business Processes, Business Analysis, Acceptance Testing, Project Development, * 5+ years of job-related experience in Business, IT, or Engineering fields

• Intermediate understanding of AutoCAD software functionality and best practices
• AA/AS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• BA/AB in Business, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in change management processes
• Experience in technology or system deployments for utility operations

Pay Range: $60 - $73.33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
