Workday Analyst

The Workday Analyst configures, maintains, and supports Workday to enable effective HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance processes. In this hybrid role, you partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into system changes, build and enhance reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure data integrity and security. You also support testing, releases, and continuous improvement so Workday is used efficiently and reliably across the organization. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and security. Provide day-to-day support for assigned Workday modules and troubleshoot system or process issues. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions. Develop and enhance Workday reports and analytics to support business decisions and promote self-service reporting. Monitor data quality, support security role administration, and escalate data integrity concerns. Participate in Workday releases, testing, and implementation of approved changes and enhancements. Support integration monitoring and coordination with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and leverage new Workday features. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience Two years of experience supporting Workday or similar HCM platform Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting processes
