6 to 15 years of full-stack engineering experience, currently working at Staff or Principal level \n

Recent experience as a founding or very early engineer at a venture-backed start-up, ideally within the first five engineers \n

Production full-stack TypeScript, with ownership across frontend and backend \n

Strong product instincts, with a track record of shipping features that made a real difference for users \n

Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare, HIPAA or fintech \n

A real interest in healthcare and the problem the company is solving \n

Experience working with offshore or distributed teams and hands-on AI work in production are both a plus
