CIAM Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Okta.
• Build and manage identity services, including user registration, login, MFA, social login, SSO, consent management, and account recovery.
• Define and implement Okta architecture, including workflow enhancements, custom connectors, and integration frameworks.
• Develop role-based access policies, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), and design scalable IAM solutions.
• Lead platform upgrades, patching, optimization, and security hardening initiatives.

Advanced Integrations & Customization

• Design and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning integrations for enterprise applications.
• Implement identity federation using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Build and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
• Configure and manage advanced authentication mechanisms and API security.

Governance & Compliance

• Lead access certification campaigns and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IGA workflows, connectors, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Identify and remediate Okta security vulnerabilities while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.

Operational Leadership

• Provide expert-level support for identity lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and access workflows.
• Lead incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize IAM operational processes.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary liaison between security teams, application teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Resolve complex technical issues with vendors and coordinate architecture enhancements.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for IAM initiatives.

Best Practices, Authentication, Identity Data Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Software Patches, Systems Administration/Management, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), OpenID, OAuth, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive hands-on experience in Okta CIAM to design, implement, and optimize secure digital identity solutions for external users. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in identity and access management, authentication technologies, governance, integrations, and security best practices., * Extensive experience with Okta Identity Cloud, Okta CIAM, IGA, PAM, and advanced IAM concepts.

• Strong expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and identity federation.
• Experience in IAM architecture, custom development, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of policy enforcement, risk management, and security compliance.
• Experience with access governance, certification campaigns, and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives, mentor technical teams, and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
