Net Full Stack Developer - Senior Level

As a Senior .Net Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customer-facing and backend applications within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experiences, accelerate time-to-market, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern software development practices, thrives in a collaborative environment, and possesses strong leadership capabilities to guide development teams through the full software development lifecycle., Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to define Agile user stories and technical requirements. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions. Conduct detailed design reviews and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members. Develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications using modern development frameworks and methodologies. Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution. Participate in roadmap planning, technical strategy discussions, and long-term solution design initiatives. Create and implement tools, frameworks, and processes that improve team productivity and software quality. Work closely with developers, architects, technical leads, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test-driven development initiatives.

8+ years of full-stack application development experience with demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. Strong experience developing web-based applications using ASP.NET, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON, XML, and synchronous/asynchronous services. Extensive experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, RESTful API development, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture. Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle. Experience working with distributed monolithic applications and cloud-based microservices environments. Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, with exposure to private cloud environments preferred. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and enterprise-scale application development. Expertise in web application architecture, security, session management, performance tuning, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, unit testing frameworks, and API test automation. Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Proven ability to work independently while serving as a technical leader within a collaborative team environment. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr.
