SAP Business Analyst Quality Management (SAP S/4HANA QM) : 26-03308

Primary Skills: SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) (Expert), SAP QM Configuration (SPRO) (Expert), Inspection Planning & Execution (Advanced), Quality Notifications & Defect Management (Expert), SAP QM Integration with PP / WM / PM (Advanced), The SAP Business Analyst - Quality Management will support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, configure SAP QM, and support testing and implementation activities., * Conduct business process blueprint sessions and gather requirements from end users.

• Document business requirements and prepare blueprint and functional design documents.
• Design SAP QM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Perform SAP S/4HANA QM configuration using SPRO.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts and execute functional testing.
• Conduct end-user training and support business readiness.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
• Strong experience with SAP QM master data, including Material Master, Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), Inspection Plans, Equipment, and Catalogs.
• Hands-on experience with inspection planning and execution, sampling, and source, incoming, in-process, and outbound inspections.
• Experience with Quality Notifications, Defects, Complaints, and Quality Order Management.
• SAP QM configuration experience using SPRO.
• Knowledge of SAP QM integration with Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience with interfaces and IDoc processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience preparing functional specifications and functional design documents.
• Experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, and executing functional testing.
• Knowledge of serial number management and tracking.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation activities, including cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
