Job description

We are partnering with a leading Fortune 50 retailer known for its innovative approach to digital commerce, media, and data-driven marketing. This organization operates a cutting-edge in-house media and advertising platform that supports programmatic campaigns across a vast retail ecosystem., We are seeking a highly technical BWorkflow Automation & BI Analyst to support a short-term automation initiative focused on optimizing operational workflows and improving team efficiency during a critical transition period. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and enable teams to focus on strategic, revenue-generating activities., * Audit existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

  • Build and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools
  • Streamline recurring reporting processes, including revenue tracking, pacing analysis, and distribution
  • Automate manual campaign support and operational workflows where feasible
  • Develop standardized templates, trackers, and workflow documentation
  • Integrate and optimize data flows between Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Salesforce exports, and internal systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact automation initiatives
  • Document workflows and provide transition materials to support long-term sustainability

Requirements

Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI), reporting in Domo/Tableau/Power BI, As a Workflow Automation & BI Analyst, you will evaluate current operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead the development of automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise, process improvement capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment., * 3+ years of experience building workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools

  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and/or macros preferred)
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Outlook workflows
  • Power BI, Tableau, DOMO
  • Experience documenting technical workflows and processes
  • Strong process improvement and operational workflow expertise
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and execute in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of APIs and workflow integrations
  • Experience supporting advertising, media, ad tech, retail media, or programmatic operations teams
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, campaign trafficking workflows, or digital media reporting
  • Experience working with Salesforce data exports and reporting workflows
