Technical Program Manager in United

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. \n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. \n

• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives. \n

• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration. \n

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. \n

• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement. \n

• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance. \n

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience. \n

• Strong NetSuite experience. \n

• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery. \n

• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle. \n

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master. \n

• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. \n

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible. \n

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus. \n
