The purpose of this role is to develop and test software modules based on client requirements and prepare project documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices with banking domain

Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development team- Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot- Drive end-to-end technical delivery- Implement RESTful APIs and integrations- Optimize microservices for performance and scalability- Ensure compliance with banking security standards- Troubleshoot production issues and RCA- Mentor junior engineers

Required Skills: Core Java , Java 8/11/17+- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud- Microservices architecture- Kafka / RabbitMQ- REST APIs, Postman, Swagger- Hibernate/JPA- Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL- Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Domain Skills- Banking / Payments background- Experience in core banking, digital payments, fraud systems- Understanding of PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging, Client Centricity Passion for Results Execution Excellence Collaborative Working Learning Agility Problem Solving & Decision Making Effective communication

Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Java .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
