Job description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Track Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting. Partner with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.

Requirements

9-11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices. Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities. Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
