ScrumMaster, Agile Programming Methodologies, Team Player, Microservices, Cloud Computing, Banking Services, Scrum Project Management and Software Development, Standup Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Must have skills

• Managed 2-5 Agile squads comprising 20-50 team members.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
• Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs.

Preferred skills Support delivery of banking applications across areas such as: Digital Banking/Lending, * Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory environments.

• Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements.

• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and programs simultaneously.
