Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
8+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce project delivery experience.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams, and cross-platform dependencies.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, risk, issue, budget, and resource management skills.
Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, Consultant, or Architect).
PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
Banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated-industry experience.
