Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8-9 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on programmer responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, integrating Salesforce with internal platforms and infrastructure, and collaborating with development leads and architecture teams., * Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Design solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, custom configurations, and code.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Use Git-based or other CI/CD workflows and DevOps tools to manage deployments.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and similar GenAI tools to improve developer productivity.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with distributed development teams, technical leads, and architecture teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis, application testing, deployment, and technical documentation.

• 8-9 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools, such as Flosum and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT Migration Tool.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce Workbench.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application design.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience using Copilot or similar GenAI development tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., * Experience in Wealth Management or financial services.
• Experience working with data teams to import and export large volumes of Salesforce data.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design patterns.
• Experience testing and deploying applications across multiple teams.
• Ability to revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve existing software.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing deadlines.
