We are seeking a Technology Support Contractor to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure., * Provide technical support for incoming hardware, software, and computer system issues.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to IT systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist users with technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.
