Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deploy, customize, and integrate technology solutions into customer environments. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and implementation experience., * Work directly with customers to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and deployment needs.

• Design, develop, and implement customized software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Deploy and integrate applications, APIs, and data pipelines into customer environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Build proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into technical improvements.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
• Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and integration architecture.

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, databases, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment practices.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI application integration.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and customer-facing engineering.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in fast-paced product engineering environments.
