Fiserv DNA Expert (Solution Architect / Lead Consultant)

Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations., * Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules:

• Deposits
• Loans
• General Ledger (GL)
• Payments
• Customer Information File (CIF)
• Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
• Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
• Drive data migration and testing strategy (SIT/UAT).
• Lead go-live planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide post go-live production support and performance optimization.

DNA, Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Technical Support, Customer Experience, Customer Support/Service, Exceeded Sales Goal, DNA, Consulting, Banking Services, * 10+ years of core banking experience.

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Fiserv DNA.
• Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
