SAP HCM Time Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant to join a major HR transformation project with a leading international organisation.

The consultant will play an important role in gathering local requirements, configuring SAP HCM Time Management and supporting implementation and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse local HR and Time Management requirements across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Configure SAP HCM Time Management, including schemas, time rules and PCRs.

Support functional design, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Work with SAP HCM Time Evaluation and resolve complex time-related issues.

Ensure integration with SAP HCM PA/OM, Payroll and other HR systems.

Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.

Support testing activities, defect resolution and root cause analysis.

Assist with deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time Management.

Excellent knowledge of Time Evaluation, schemas and PCRs.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM PA/OM.

Good knowledge of SAP HR tables, infotypes and organisational objects.

Experience with SAP Payroll integration and end-to-end HR processes.

Previous experience working on SAP HCM implementation or rollout projects.

Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution.

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

Experience with Belgian SAP HCM Time Management.

Experience with Dutch SAP HCM Time Management.

Experience with German SAP HCM Time Management.

Experience supporting multi-country SAP HCM implementations.

Experience with HR transformation programmes.
