M365 Project Manager/ Scrum Master

deliver M365-related projects on time and within scope * Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies * Coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business units * Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders * Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer Operational Management * Oversee day-to-day operational work for M365 services * Prioritize and triage incoming requests and incidents * Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics * Coordinate maintenance windows and change management activities * Support capacity planning and resource allocation Required Qualifications * 5-7 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum Master roles * Proven track record managing both operational and project work simultaneously * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment Technical Knowledge Core Technologies: * Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot) * Email Security & Flow Management (e.g., Proofpoint) Certifications Preferred: * PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification * ITIL Foundation v4 Skills * Strong understanding of Kanban methodology and metrics * Excellent facilitation and servant leadership abilities * Experience with project management tools (GitLab, Jira) * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Risk management and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation * Experience with Microsoft Graph API * Previous experience in hybrid cloud environments
