Senior Zscaler Engineer (nearshore)

Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, is seeking a Senior Zscaler Engineer to support the deployment, enhancement, and operational management of enterprise Zscaler solutions within a global environment., * Deploy, configure, enhance, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.

• Implement and support Zscaler Cloud Connector deployments and enhancements.
• Manage Zscaler Client Connector rollouts, configurations, policies, and ongoing updates.
• Configure and maintain Zscaler security policies and secure access capabilities.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler connectivity, access, policy, and performance issues across enterprise environments.
• Support Zscaler projects through implementation, testing, production deployment, and operational transition.
• Participate in critical incident response and troubleshooting, including Priority 1 issues when required.
• Work with internal infrastructure, security, networking, and global IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate with Zscaler technical support and other vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, implementation guides, and network/security diagrams.
• Collaborate with global and offshore teams during deployments, enhancements, and production support activities.

Operations Management, Testing, Enterprise Architecture, Production Support, Cloud Computing, Sales Management, Identify Issues, Environmental Issues, Incident Response, Problem Solving Skills, The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler, with a strong background in Zscaler deployments, enhancements, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support. This role is focused on executing and optimizing Zscaler solutions rather than serving as an enterprise architect or subject matter expert., * 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler deployment, configuration, enhancements, and operational support.

• Strong experience with:
• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
• Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Zscaler Cloud Connector
• Zscaler Client Connector
• Experience implementing and managing Zscaler security policies and configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise security/networking environments.
• Experience supporting production environments and critical incidents.
• Experience working through deployment and enhancement projects from implementation through production.
• Ability to work effectively with global IT, security, infrastructure, and networking teams.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills., * Experience with Zscaler China Premium and/or PSE environments.
• Experience integrating Zscaler with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Experience integrating Zscaler with enterprise security and identity platforms.
• Experience supporting global IT environments and distributed infrastructure teams.
• Experience coordinating with Zscaler vendor support and escalation teams.
