Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to support and enhance the HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite (eSCC) application. This role will serve as one of two senior developers on a four-member Agile development team responsible for delivering complex enhancements, resolving production issues, and supporting ongoing operations., * Design, develop, and support solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2+, including AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and application solutions.
• Develop, modify, test, debug, and implement Oracle applications and database components.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Execute unit, integration, and system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Define application input/output requirements and support code migrations to production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and development artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with established development standards, coding practices, and review processes.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to internal staff as needed.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2 or higher) in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing Oracle EBS solutions, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Purchasing modules.
• 8+ years of experience working with iRecruitment, Human Resources (HR), and Time & Labor modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
• Extensive background in systems analysis, design, development, and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven professional.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with the Virginia Cardinal HR and/or Financial System.
• Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports., The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS development, the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and adherence to development standards, documentation practices, and knowledge transfer processes are essential.
