Oracle eBusiness Suite Programmer Analyst

The position will serve as one of two senior developers supporting SCC’s HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite (eSCC) application. The role involves Oracle EBS development, requirements analysis, application maintenance, production support, testing, debugging, implementation and technical documentation within an Agile development team., * Develop, modify, test, debug and implement Oracle EBS applications.

• Translate business requirements into database and application solutions.
• Support Oracle EBS production systems.
• Design and develop application programs and system components.
• Perform unit and system testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing.
• Define input/output requirements.
• Support production implementation and application changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer to SCC staff.
• Collaborate with customers and technical team members.
• Follow established coding standards, development policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years Oracle eBusiness Suite experience, preferably Oracle EBS 12.2+.
• Experience developing and implementing Oracle EBS solutions.

• Accounts Payable
• General Ledger
• Purchasing
• iRecruitment
• Human Resources
• Time & Labor

Oracle Forms and Reports.

Oracle JDeveloper / Java., Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile team.

Preferred Skills:

• 8+ years Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
• Power BI reports, dashboards and desktop reporting.
• Experience with Virginia State Government applications.
• Agile development experience.
