Application Support Analyst

Do you have experience in System deployment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, Systems Analysis or related field; OR high school diploma / GED and a combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling two years may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• Minimum two years of healthcare, business administration, or other directly related experience.
• Experience supporting Patient Care and Enterprise IT Applications.
• Proficiency using computers and desktop software systems.
• Knowledge of or experience with financial management, accounting principles, medical reimbursement, database and query tools (SQL) and Nextgen preferred.
• Experience working as a team to deploy enterprise-level software deployments and upgrades.
• Demonstrated history of performing application troubleshooting/incident response to identify and resolve end-user issues.
