Job description

The Application Analyst at Arcare will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Arcare’s web-based, mobile, and desktop applications and related systems. This role will focus on the day-to-day operation, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of internally developed and third-party applications that support clinical, operational, and administrative business functions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Cross-functional communication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and navigate electronic medical record systems
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
Required Experience:
- Experience supporting or administering web-based, mobile, or desktop applications in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of application technologies and delivery models, including web technologies, client-server concepts, APIs, and mobile or desktop deployment considerations.
- Experience working with end users, business stakeholders, software development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and communicate technical information clearly across multiple delivery platforms.
- Experience using approved AI-enabled tools to enhance research, documentation, analysis, or testing workflows in a secure and responsible manner is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or compliance-regulated applications.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (e.g., user roles, authentication, authorization).
- Experience working with integrations between enterprise systems and web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Exposure to application monitoring, logging, software deployment, or IT service management tools.
- Exposure to mobile application support, desktop application packaging or deployment, or collaboration with software developers across multiple application platforms.
- Familiarity with responsible AI usage in enterprise environments, including prompt-based productivity tools, documentation assistance, test case generation, or knowledge retrieval within approved governance standards.
