Job description
We are seeking a Senior SQA Analyst to support a critical system used in regulatory and banking examination functions. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable applications that support financial system oversight. You will work in a highly collaborative, Agile environment alongside product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the software development lifecycle., + Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for enterprise applications
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and datasets for functional and non-functional testing
- Perform manual and automated testing across UI, API, and backend systems
- Identify, document, and resolve defects and issues in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC via peer reviews and QA best practices
- Define and report on quality metrics (performance, reliability, security, accessibility)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with Agile delivery timelines
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and QA processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, + 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologies
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Background in financial services or regulatory systems
- Strong experience with test automation design and scripting
- Exposure to cloud-based application environments
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Appian) - plus

Experience with test automation tools like AccelQ - plus Soft Skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to team success and inclusive work culture, + Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Minimum 3 years of U.S. residency required
