Senior Administrator - Database Support

The Senior Product Support Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of lab equipment, networks, and computer systems. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime, directly impacting project delivery and overall lab efficiency. The Senior Administrator will leverage their technical skills to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and support the project requirements effectively., 1. Diagnose And Resolve Hardware, Software, Network, And Configuration Issues In Lab Equipment And Networks, Ensuring Uninterrupted Operations And Optimal Performance For Assigned Projects.

1. Implement And Enable New Subnet Access In The Lab Gateway In Accordance With Project Specifications, Facilitating Seamless Connectivity For Testing And Validation Activities.
2. Design And Prepare The Test Bed Topology Setup Based On Project Requirements, Ensuring Readiness For Testing Phases And Enhancing Experimental Accuracy.
3. Address And Resolve Day-To-Day Lab-Related Issues Promptly, Maintaining Minimal Downtime And Ensuring That Project Timelines Are Met Efficiently.
4. Manage And Maintain An Accurate Inventory Of Lab Equipment Across All Facilities, Ensuring Availability, Proper Functioning, And Adherence To Project Needs.

Computer Systems, Product Support, Laboratory Equipment, Identify Issues, Performance Tuning/Optimization, Computer Networks, Testing, Network Configuration Management, Subnet, Validation Testing, 1. Strong Understanding Of Product Support Processes And Methodologies.

1. Proficiency In Diagnosing Technical Issues Across Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
2. Familiarity With Subnet Configuration And Network Gateway Management.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Test Bed Topology Design And Setup Principles.
4. Good Organizational Skills For Inventory Management And Tracking Of Lab Equipment.
