IAM Architect - SailPoint / ForgeRock / CyberArk -- 100% Remote -- Only W2

* Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture and solutions. * Lead IAM implementation, integration, and deployment projects. * Configure and manage IAM platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk. * Develop identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning and de-provisioning. * Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access management solutions. * Design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. * Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes. * Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. * Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. * Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical guidance to development and security teams. * Work with stakeholders to define IAM strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.

Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture. * Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

* SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow (ISC) * ForgeRock Identity Platform * CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Experience with SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.

Understanding of RBAC, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.

Experience with REST APIs and IAM integrations.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and architectural skills.
