IAM Architect(Sail Point, Forgerock) :: Remote :: W2 Position

• Design and implement scalable IAM architecture and solutions.
• Lead IAM implementation, integration, and deployment initiatives.
• Define identity governance, access management, authentication, and authorization strategies.
• Implement and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Work on Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access provisioning.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud environments.
• Establish IAM security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.

We are looking for an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one of the leading IAM platforms, such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk, along with experience in IAM architecture, security integrations, and enterprise identity governance., * Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following:

• SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
• ForgeRock (AM / IDM / DS)
• CyberArk (PAM)

IAM Architecture and Solution Design.

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Active Directory / LDAP integration.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Provisioning.

Enterprise application and cloud integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
