SAP FICO Lead/Specialist

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions, collaborating with developers on design, testing, and implementation.

Lead configuration in GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger modules.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Rights Management, Sales Operations) to deliver tailored solutions and enhancements.

Resolve issues, optimize processes, and support finance projects, SAP upgrades, and integrations with systems like SAP IPM, BW, and BPC.

Support quarter-end/year-end closes, ensure audit compliance, and maintain data integrity.

Train end-users and act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

9+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger.

Proven S/4HANA implementation/support experience (preferred); familiarity with Rights Management Systems.

Expertise in FICO integrations with MM/SD and Fiori apps.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently in a collaborative, global team.
