Bachelor s degree with 8+ years of ITBusiness Analysis experience

6+ years of Intelligent AutomationRPA experience, preferably UiPath or comparable platforms, with strong Business Analysis expertise across the RPA lifecycle.

Demonstrated experience developing Process Definition Documents (PDDs), including documenting as-is processes, automationbot paths, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.

Experience in requirements elicitation, definition, management, process analysismodeling, and prototyping, using tools such as Jira, ALM, Rally, or similar.

Understanding of system architecture, application portfolios, SDLC, AgileScrum, and iterative development methodologies.

Ability to analyze, simplify, and standardize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into clear automation requirements.

Experience collaborating with business process owners, leadership, and development teams, with strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and support timely delivery.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies, including RPA, Generative AI, andor Agentic AI.

Preferred Job Qualifications

Relevant Business Analysis andor RPA certification.

Healthcare industry experience.
