Customer is expanding its Intelligent Automation capabilities across RPA, advanced analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to improve member responsiveness and operational efficiency. The Claims AI and Automation (CAIA) team is building expertise and capacity to accelerate automation delivery.

The role will develop, enhance, support, and maintain UiPath and Azure AI/Foundry solutions, provide technical leadership, translate business and architectural requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Operational Strategy, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Technical Leadership, Microsoft Windows Azure, Business Architecture, System Integration (SI), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), 8+ years of hands-on RPA/Intelligent Automation development experience, including UiPath, with proven experience delivering advanced automations involving intricate business transactions, multiple enterprise systems, and diverse integration points. Hands-on experience with Azure AI/Azure AI Foundry, cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), and application/system configuration. 4+ years of programming/scripting experience using Python, .NET/C#, VB.NET, Java, SQL, web services, or related technologies, with knowledge of object-oriented design principles. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, GitHub or similar code repositories, and automation across environments such as desktop, web, Citrix, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms, mainframe, or legacy systems. Experience developing Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and designing solutions aligned with modularity, reliability, maintainability, and reusability best practices. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirements definition and management, rapid prototyping, solution design, and system performance optimization. Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams, with the ability to manage multiple development efforts and meet delivery timelines. Strong ability to collaborate across business stakeholders, process owners, infrastructure, analysts, and development teams and drive solutions through successful delivery. Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. Healthcare insurance industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications Relevant UiPath, Azure AI, and/or programming certifications.
