Job description
- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Configure payroll processes and ensure integration between Employee Central and ECP.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECP solutions.
- Support payroll testing, issue resolution, data validation, and production activities.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, integration, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for ECP-related issues.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ECP and a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations.
