SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Analysts

We’re hiring experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Analysts to support a large-scale HR and Payroll systems integration initiative.

This project is currently in its Hypercare phase, making it an excellent opportunity for hands-on SAP professionals who excel at troubleshooting, system configuration, data analysis, and resolving complex payroll integration issues.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Investigate and resolve payroll processing, system integration, and data replication issues.
• Analyze data using SQL and other reporting tools to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead system testing, defect triage, and change management activities.
• Mentor team members on ECP configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience - REQUIRED.
• Experience with Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) data replication.
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes, configuration, and integrations.
• SQL querying and data analysis experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, post-implementation support environment.
• U.S. citizenship required due to systems access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP ECP payroll schema configuration.
• BSI Tax Factory configuration and support.
• Agile/SDLC experience.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
