Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python engineering, including backend/API development
- Experience building and deploying production ML and GenAI applications
- LLMs, RAG, vector search and agentic AI workflows
- Model and LLM evaluation, monitoring, guardrails and troubleshooting
- Cloud experience (ideally Azure), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
Desirable:
- FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or MLflow
- Experience working in insurance, financial services or regulated environments
