HRIS Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established energy company in Austin, TX, seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join its HR Operations team. This individual will oversee HR systems, manage HRIS processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple platforms., * Oversee the administration and ongoing management of the company’s HRIS platform, including system workflows, employee data, reporting, and system functionality.

• Support HRIS implementation and system improvements, including the transition to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage HR data integrity by conducting regular audits, reconciliations, and troubleshooting discrepancies across HR and payroll systems.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Oversee employee immigration and work authorization tracking, including visa expirations, renewals, and coordination with external immigration counsel.
• Manage system integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance, and other business platforms.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and other departments to improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Manage HRIS-related projects, system updates, user support requests, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience, with hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
