Java Technical Lead

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern architecture patterns (Microservices, REST APIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance optimizations.
• Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps integration, and automated testing. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Strong experience in Java (8 or above) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker).
• Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong Java development background.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in domain-specific projects (Healthcare/Finance preferred).
