Test Lead

• Define and lead an organisation wide test automation strategy
• Build scalable, reusable frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Jest and pytest
• Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Coach and mentor testers and engineers on quality practice
• Report on defects, risk and release readiness to senior stakeholders

• Proven experience leading testing or QA in an agile software environment
• Strong hands on automation experience with modern frameworks
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Healthcare, NHS or regulated sector experience desirable
• Must reside in the UK
