• Web, We are recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer for a growing digital technology specialist. This is an on-site role in Southampton, Hampshire, using an AI-first approach to improve development speed, quality, and customer outcomes. • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte
• Backend development experience in at least one language, such as Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, or C#
• Experience working with APIs, relational databases, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and modern deployment practices
• Ability to consider systems holistically, including performance, security, and reliability
• Practical experience using Claude for programming efficiency and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Understanding of where AI adds value in the software development lifecycle
• Interest in LLM APIs, RAG, or automation is beneficial but not essential
