UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users to design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Present concepts, recommendations, and design rationale to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Design systems experience.
• Mobile app design expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
