UX/UI Designer

The Early Career UX/UI Designer supports the creation of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile products. This role focuses on learning UX methodologies, creating design assets, and collaborating with senior designers and developers., * Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows

• Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Support user research and usability testing efforts
• Assist with maintaining and expanding design systems
• Translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Participate in design reviews and team critiques
• Ensure designs align with brand and accessibility standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of UX/UI or product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and visual design skills
• Understanding of UX principles and design thinking, * Proficiency with Figma
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
• Basic understanding of user research methods
• Strong visual design fundamentals
• Ability to receive and apply feedback
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Internship or freelance experience
• Experience designing responsive websites
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with design systems
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with FigJam, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite
