SAP S4 Project Manager

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex SAP projects, from planning and initiation through to implementation, go-live and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines and delivery documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear accountability and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports and progress documentation to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, ensuring appropriate reporting, documentation and controls are in place.
• Drive project progress, proactively addressing challenges and removing delivery blockers.
• Maintain strong communication across technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management., We are looking for a delivery-focused, proactive and highly organised Project Manager who can take ownership of complex SAP initiatives. The successful candidate will be confident leading teams, driving execution, anticipating risks and ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and execution of complex SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, with a strong preference for SAP S/4HANA project experience.

This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring excellent execution, stakeholder management and communication skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, proactively manage risks and dependencies, lead project teams and ensure all project documentation and governance requirements are maintained to a high standard.

Please note: Experience must include full end-to-end SAP project implementation and delivery, rather than solely managing minor enhancements, BAU activities or change requests., * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering end-to-end SAP projects.

• Strong SAP background, ideally with SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Proven track record managing full SAP project lifecycles, rather than smaller enhancements or change requests.
• Excellent project execution and delivery management capabilities.
• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to project management, particularly risk and issue management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high-quality project documentation, reporting and governance materials.
• Confident managing stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
