Senior/Lead GoLang Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Go Developer with 9+ years of software development experience and at least 6+ years of hands-on GoLang development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend engineering, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and modern frontend development using React., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using GoLang.

• Build RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and microservices architectures.
• Develop automation, integrations, and backend services using Python.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Architect cloud-native solutions and participate in technical design discussions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• 9+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with GoLang development.
• 6+ years of experience with Python development.
• 6+ years of experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable, high-performance microservices., * GoLang (6+ years) - Goroutines, Channels, Concurrency, REST APIs, gRPC, Microservices.
• Python (6+ years) - API development, automation, scripting.
• React.js (6+ years) - Hooks, State Management, TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Prior experience leading teams or owning technical delivery.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
