Business Intelligence Analyst

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Diesel Laptops is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage, optimize, and enhance their Netsuite ERP environment while supporting business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the primary administrator for NetSuite and related business applications, ensuring system reliability, user adoption, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, translating organizational needs into scalable solutions that improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making. This individual will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to support growth through effective system management, analytics, and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 1-3 years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP
• 1-3 years of experience with SQL, relational databases, data integration, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality including:
• Saved Searches
• Workflows
• Roles and Permissions
• Custom Records and Fields
• CSV Import/Export
• Dashboards and Reporting
• Experience supporting financial business processes including Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payments, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition, Reporting, and Audit Support
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred, must obtain within first year
• Experience with SuiteScript, JavaScript, and API integrations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
