Junior Technician- Computer Repair

Schrock Innovations is hiring a friendly, motivated Junior Technician to join our Omaha Service Center team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make a positive impact helping customers with technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers at the Service Center (walk-in, phone call, or a scheduled home visit)
• Deliver quality customer service that makes the customer feel heard and supported
• Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to senior technicians
• Help customers understand their devices and proactively suggest ways to improve their technology
• Accurately document service events, including issue and resolution

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Available to work a full-time schedule

• A strong desire to solve problems and help others
• Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license to travel from the Service Center for home visits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that include standing, bending and kneeling, * Are you available to work a full-time schedule, weekends included?
• Do you have basic familiarity with computers and common operating systems?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license and ability to use a company vehicle to drive to on-sight visits?
