NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Developer to lead a development team while remaining hands-on with software development, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management. The candidate will build and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure., * Lead and mentor software developers and manage day-to-day development activities.

• Manage Agile sprints, sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog prioritization.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage production releases, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of Technical Lead / Team Lead experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on C# and .NET development.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Production experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of release management and deployment automation.
