• High school diploma or GED. \n

• Completed or substantially completed bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. \n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed procedures. \n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

• Support daily operations and develop an understanding of power generation economics and dispatch characteristics. \n

• Understand applicable ISO/RTO protocols, market portals, and transmission reservation/tagging systems. \n

• Communicate operational information clearly and maintain accurate records. \n
