• Assist senior real-time desk traders/operators with generation fleet operations.
• Complete daily recurring operational shift tasks.
• Develop an understanding of power generation economics and dispatch characteristics.
• Work with ISO/RTO protocols and market portals.
• Support activities across multiple energy markets.
• Assist with transmission reservation and tagging systems.
• Communicate operational information clearly and accurately.
• Follow established procedures in a fast-paced real-time environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree completed, substantially completed, or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule.
• Strong attention to detail., * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Generator Operator experience.
• Control Center experience.
• Energy/power operations experience.
• ISO/RTO market exposure.
• 1+ years of relevant experience., * Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree completed, substantially completed, or equivalent experience?
• Do you have a combination of business/operations and technical or engineering experience?
• Do you have any experience with power generation, energy operations, or generator dispatch?
• Have you worked with an ISO/RTO or energy market such as PJM, MISO, ERCOT, SPP, NYISO, or ISO-NE?
• How would you rate your Excel skills?
